Femi Adegbite is a results-driven real estate investor with a reputation for delivering high-performing, strategically structured investment opportunities. With a deep understanding of market dynamics, he specializes in sourcing undervalued assets, designing resilient deal structures, and maximizing returns while carefully managing risk.
His approach combines disciplined research, rigorous due diligence, and a hands-on development strategy—ensuring each project is rooted in long-term value creation.
Femi has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure development and project management, including managing complex international projects across multiple countries. He holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA.
